Management education is not a cook-book formula. It provides an angularity of vision to deal with problems and situation objectively and analytically. It requires rationality, which could only be acquired through a scientific bent of mind. Another aspect of management education is its value orientation. Human Values and Professional Ethics are a must for a manager. To provide knowledge without ethics is just like giving a gun in the hand of a lunatic or a psychopath killer. In this regard Swami Vivekananda stated, "Education is a character making, man making process."
Employment is important to earn money and money is required to sustain human life. But one should not earn money through unethical practice because it is against the social and organizational interest. Management education should keep serving the social interest by following ethical norms of the society. K. P. College of Management, committed to value-oriented management education, stands in favour of "Balance Brings Success".
With a purpose of preparing the young generation, to deal with global challenges by transforming India into powerful knowledge society, K. P. College of Management has come forward to equip them with an innovative mindset, which could bring them out of orthodoxy, environmental and structural rigidity. I welcome students to join KPCM and KPIPS - the doorstep of knowledge, which would empower them to shape their careers with a purpose of serving the country, empowering its economy and improving the world.
