KPGI has an air-conditioned Computer Centre. Today, the college has 300computers, 25 printers and high speed LAN facilities. There is a 1:4 II   Computer/student ratio.

The objectives of KPCM have always been to be the front runner in IT and leverage its power in making learning informative and entertaining.The state-of- the-art technology in our Computer Centre comprises the following: Dual Processor IBM Xeon Server with differentWindows platforms Core 2 Duo Processor (2.93 GHz) with 18.5" TFT Monitors, Combo Drive & Multimedia Facilities.

Institute also providesTwo MBPS leased-line internet connection. Internet connectivity is provided to all the systems in the Computer Lab as well as all the rooms viz. Library, Office, Faculty Rooms,Conference Room,etc. All the above systems have hot swap SCSI Hard Drive, number of workstations all Dual Processors, networked in above environment and are supported with online UPS systems with backup facility.

To facilitate printing, network printers in the form of Dot Matrix, Laser and Line Matrix are installed. A fast and efficient switch based network with Gigabit/Sec speed of server forms an intranet, connecting different parts of the building.
