Cognizable Offence under IPC, NDPS and Arms Act.
- Possession of Fire Arms, Daggers, Cycle Chains, Rod, Iron Rod or any kind of weapon are strictly prohibited on the institute campus.
- Possession of Stolen Properties, Involvement in Thefts, Consumption and Trafficking of Narcotics, Intoxicating Drugs and other prohibited intoxicating drugs, Gambling shall all lead to rustication and lodging of FIRwith the police.
- Drinking of liquor and smoking within the institute istotally banned.
- Forging signatures of authorities and other such acts.
- Non-compliance of the institute/Hostel rules, orders, circulars, notices, and instructions issued by the Management, Advisor, Principal/Director, Dean, Cheif Proctor including Proctorial Board members, HODs, Registrar,all Faculty Members,warden,GBTU, AICTE, Hon'ble Courts,Government or any other competent authority.
- Noisy, boisterous, disorderly and obnoxious behavior, misbehavior with any institute staff.
- Lack of punctuality and unauthorised absence from classes and hostels.
- Unfair means in internal and university examinations.
- Misuse / Damage of institute property.
- Recourse to fraudulent statements or acts. Participating in Strikes/Walkouts/Mass absence,etc.
Failure to produce Identity card on demand by faculty, staff orwarden. Misbehaviour during sports and cultural activities Damage / Misuse of books / furniture & etc.within the institute premises. Consumption of Pan Masala/ Beetle Leaf, Tobacco etc.
Removal/Expulsion
The name ofthe student shall stand automatically removed from the rolls ofthe institute if: He/She, although otherwise eligible, does not depositation, Examination and any other fee/dues, and/or does not submit his/her examination/admission form without prior permission from the Principal / Director. |
