B. Tech.
- The students seeking admission to B. Tech. must have qualified UP-SEE 2010 conducted by UPTU. The selection is based on merit in the test. Candidates who have passed Intermediate from U.P. Board or (10 + 2) standard from other recognised boards securing minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) with Physics, Mathematics and any one of the following subjects : Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology are eligible for admission to First Year of 4- year B. Tech. Degree courses offered by colleges/institutions affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow.
- 10% Seats to be filled from AIEEE test through UPTU counselling.
- 15% seats in private institutions, under management quota, shall be filled at institute level as per eligibility norms. The seats in Management Quota or Vacant seats, after counselling of UPSEE-2010, shall be filled strictly as per UPTU admission norms:
- Diploma holders from recognised Boards/ Universities can seek admission directly to Second Year B. Tech. either through UPSEE- 2010 Admission Test or under Management Quota.
MBA
For admission to First Year MBA, a candidate must have passed a Three-Year Degree course from any recognised University, securing minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST). The candidate must have qualified the UPSEE-2010 admission test. The admission will be done through UPTU counselling. Eligibility for Direct Admissions to the First Year
